OUR STORY

Our story began in 2020 as a collaboration of Adam and Kathryn York of Smith & York Co. along with renowned family-owned restaurant owners and chefs, Paul and Chrissy Jensen of The Dotted Lime. Lime & Loaf was launched as a pop-up style shop inside Smith & York Co., featuring a small yet diverse collection of high-quality kitchen items for cooking and baking. In 2021, Lime & Loaf graduated into its current full-service location at New South Marketplace at 510 North Garden Street in downtown Columbia, Tennessee, offering an expanded collection of kitchen essentials, along with a hands-on kitchen for hosting cooking classes and demonstrations and a grab-and-go style coffee shop.

Now fully owned and operated by Adam and Kathryn York, Lime & Loaf exists as a thoughtfully-curated kitchen retail shop for people who love to cook or want to know how. Lime & Loaf not only offers practical and high-quality items for cooking and baking, but a variety of weekly cooking classes, demonstrations, and educational seminars, as well as a grab-and-go style coffee shop and wedding gift registry services.
