Chef Brandie Lamb is originally from Georgia and a graduate of UGA. After an eleven year career working with animals, she decided to follow another passion of feeding people. She began her catering business and cooking classes and attended culinary school after moving to St Louis for nine years. Longing to be back in the South, Brandie found home in middle TN; first in Leiper's Fork and worked as a Private Chef then finding her dream property in Columbia. The opportunity to be the Executive Chef for Subzero Wolf presented and she now covers six states for the company training customers and the trade on the luxury kitchen brands. She resides in Columbia with all of her animals on her hobby farm where she runs her small side business of making salted caramels.
