Join Sarah for a flavorful evening of discussion about the chemistry of frozen versus fresh fruit, as well as an easy crust recipe that you can replicate at home. Sarah will demonstration 3 to 4 different crostatas (reminiscent of a warm pie) with robust flavor combinations, while ending the evening with a sweet taste of her delicious creations!

Demonstration classes include a plated selection of featured breads and/or desserts from the class and a non-alcoholic beverage. You are welcome to bring your own beverage of choice. You might also want to plan on eating a light dinner before or after class to complement the bread or desserts you'll enjoy during the demonstration. All attendees will receive 20% off in-stock store merchandise (excludes classes and grab-and-go foods).
***CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY UPDATE— We get it. Life happens, and situations or illnesses can sneak up on you on short notice. So, if you need to cancel or postpone your class registration, please give us as much advance notice as possible, as we have waiting lists for most classes and can fill empty seats sometimes at the last minute. If for any reason you can't make it and notify us within 48 hours, we can issue a store credit to be used for a future class or even store merchandise or food.
