Made from lightweight aluminum with a PFOA-free PTFE four-layer non-stick Slip-Let® coating, these sauté pans resemble solid cast iron without the weight of cast iron, are easy to clean, distribute heat extremely well, and require very little fat when cooking. Can be used on all heat sources.
