After a brief hiatus, our ever popular sushi class is coming back this April. Join Chef Carla Peluso for "Fun with Sushi," where we'll put a fun ingredient spin on sushi rolls. You'll learn how to get your sushi rice just right, the art of rolling, and then enjoy a smorgasbord of fun and fresh ingredients (fresh & pickled vegetables, various proteins, and sauces) to build your own sushi rolls to eat at the end of class. This is fun class to do as a couple, with family, or as friends!
Bonus: This class will also include some light knife skills!

Hands-on classes include a one-course plated meal and a non-alcoholic beverage (this class meal will be eating the sushi rolls you are creating). You are welcome to bring your own beverage of choice. All attendees will receive 20% off in-stock store merchandise (excludes classes and grab-and-go foods).
***CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY UPDATE— We get it. Life happens, and situations or illnesses can sneak up on you on short notice. So, if you need to cancel or postpone your class registration, please give us as much advance notice as possible, as we have waiting lists for most classes and can fill empty seats sometimes at the last minute. We are also subject to rising costs in food, which affects our preparations for each class. If for any reason you can't make it and notify us within 48 hours, we can issue a store credit to be used for a future class or even store merchandise or food. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made under 48 hours.
