As an Integrative Healthcare Nurse Practitioner, Dani Williamson incorporates the art of medicine by balancing traditional and integrative therapies and encourages her patients to step out of the realm of “normal” and reach “optimal” health.
In this unique, demonstration-style cooking class experience, join Chef Paul Jensen as he welcomes Dani back to discuss her new book, Wild & Well, as well as the importance of eating real food and gut, adrenal, thyroid, hormone and brain health—all while cooking some single-ingredient, non-processed food dishes.
Copies of Dani's book, Wild & Well, will be available for purchase, and Dani will also be available after class to sign books!
