In this Charcuterie 101 class with Autumn Cornett of Autumn Cut the Cheese, you'll learn the history of charcuterie meats and cheeses, styling techniques, flavor pairings, and so much more. Autumn will infuse a variety of grazing elements for use in your board building activity (including some spring-themed elements), which will prepare you for success in creating a beautiful charcuterie spread that your guests will love!

Hands-on classes include a one-course plated meal and a non-alcoholic beverage (this class meal will be grazing from your charcuterie board). You are welcome to bring your own beverage of choice. All attendees will receive 20% off store merchandise (excludes classes and grab-and-go foods).
