This class sold out fast the first time, so we're offering it again! Every kitchen should have four essential knives. A pairing knife, a chef’s knife, a knife boning, and a carving knife. Join Chef Paul Jensen to learn how to use these knives, what to use them for, and how to properly care for them. Together, we will process fruits, vegetables, and a simple protein and will prepare a light entrée using those ingredients.
